- Analyze demand patterns and create accurate supply forecasts to optimize inventory levels
- Develop and maintain supply plans that align with business objectives and customer requirements
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and key metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
