Join our dynamic team as a Supply Planning Executive and become the backbone of our supply chain operations. In this critical role, you'll ensure seamless product availability by strategically managing inventory levels, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing supply workflows. You'll analyze demand patterns, forecast requirements, and proactively address potential bottlenecks to meet customer and production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple product lines
- Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to align supply plans
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust replenishment strategies accordingly
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory turnover and stock accuracy
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive contingency planning
- Generate regular supply chain reports for stakeholder reviews
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain planning tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of demand forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
