- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supply planning professionals.
- Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to optimize inventory management and reduce stockouts.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track and manage supply chain data effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply planning function.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in demand forecasting, inventory control, and logistics management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and cost savings.
