Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize end-to-end inventory flow for both Finished Goods (FG) and service parts to maintain target service levels.
- Conduct regular data analysis and management of inventory health, identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts and promotional activities.
- Monitor supplier performance and lead times, implementing corrective actions when necessary to avoid stock-outs.
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory records and generate comprehensive SCM performance reports.
- Develop and refine supply planning models to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the allocation of stock across various distribution centers to ensure regional availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in supply planning, inventory control, or SCM within a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable supply chain insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or APICS certification is a significant advantage.
