- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with palm oil farmers and plantation owners
- Coordinate supply chain logistics to ensure seamless raw material flow
- Monitor and evaluate crop quality, yield, and production capacity
- Implement and manage supply integration initiatives with farming partners
- Conduct regular field visits to assess operational needs and challenges
- Negotiate pricing terms and contractual agreements with suppliers
- Compile supply performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in procurement, sales, or agricultural supply
- Deep understanding of palm oil cultivation and processing
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in rural/remote environments
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent field travel
- Familiarity with agricultural supply chain documentation systems
