Tanggung Jawab
- Provide tier 2-3 technical support for equity administration software and related financial systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Document detailed incident reports, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs and feature requests
- Conduct client training sessions on platform functionality and best practices
- Monitor support metrics and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer service roles
- Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting SQL databases and API integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with financial systems or equity management software
