Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in resolving technical and procedural inquiries from clients via phone, email, and chat
- Document and track support cases in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the support team to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Provide training and guidance to clients on Carta's platform features
- Contribute to the improvement of support documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts as needed
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques
- Previous internship or experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
- Must be able to work full-time during the internship period
