Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for customers regarding product performance.
- Conduct professional technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and features.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions to ensure customers are proficient in device usage.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Execute precise diagnostic and repair procedures for hardware and systems.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and service logs for all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously stay updated with product developments and technical advancements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, field engineering, or maintenance role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose hardware issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with basic workshop tools and diagnostic software.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Jakarta area if required for on-site support.
