Tanggung Jawab
- Provide tier-1 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote channels
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document resolution procedures
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential infrastructure risks
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Assist in deploying and configuring IT infrastructure components
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance support efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with logical approach
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems and common troubleshooting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
