Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-tier technical support for medical devices and integrated software systems within hospital environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware malfunctions and software bugs to ensure minimal downtime for critical cardiac monitoring equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical staff, addressing technical inquiries and providing on-site assistance.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and system updates on medical devices to comply with safety standards.
- Document all support activities, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper usage and basic maintenance of CardioScan equipment.
- Collaborate with the global engineering team to escalate complex issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of all reported incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably within the medical device or healthcare IT industry.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and hardware troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with medical data standards such as DICOM and HL7 is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel within the Central Region of Singapore as required for on-site support.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is highly preferred for field visits.
