As the Support Manager II, People Systems, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, People Systems, and lead a dedicated team of HRIS support specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our People Systems, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional user experience for employees across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of HRIS support specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of People Systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, coordinate with technical teams, and implement effective solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR systems, including procedures, policies, and training materials
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand system requirements and implement process improvements
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations to ensure the latest features and security measures are in place
- Analyze system performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
- Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR systems management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and monitoring of system implementations
- Certification in relevant HR technology platforms is a plus
