Join PERSOL as a Support Officer (Merchant Solutions / Payments, Fintech)
PERSOL is currently hiring a Support Officer to support our client's merchant solutions and payments team. This contract role is based in the Central Region of Singapore and offers a monthly salary of $2,800 – $3,000. In this role, you will act as the primary support contact for merchants using cutting-edge payment platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to merchant inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to payment processing and merchant accounts.
- Escalating complex cases to senior teams and ensuring timely resolution.
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Assisting with onboarding new merchants and providing training on system usage.
- Monitoring transaction flows and identifying anomalies to prevent fraud.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line support to merchants regarding payment solutions and account management.
- Resolve issues related to transaction processing, discrepancies, and system errors in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and updates to deliver accurate information.
- Document and track all support cases using CRM tools and follow up to ensure closure.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in merchant onboarding, training, and integration of payment systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably in business, finance, or information technology.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, ideally in fintech, banking, or payments.
- Familiarity with merchant solutions, payment gateways, or POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
