Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for global clients and internal stakeholders.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and continuously improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of technical problems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a strong plus.
