Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and management teams.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for contracts and client records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Perform data entry tasks to update our CRM and property databases.
- Support the team with property listings and client documentation processes.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company standards and deadlines.
