Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end installation, configuration, and commissioning of digital signage hardware and displays.
- Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot hardware malfunctions and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain server-side content management systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage project timelines and site readiness.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users on hardware operation and basic maintenance.
- Document technical procedures, site reports, and inventory logs accurately for future reference.
- Analyze network performance and optimize configurations to support high-definition media playback.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, networking (LAN/WAN), and cabling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in on-site environments.
- Familiarity with digital signage software or content management platforms is a significant advantage.
- Basic knowledge of display technologies (LCD/LED panels) and AV mounting systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and site managers.
- Must be comfortable with field travel across Singapore and working at varying site locations.
