Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor plating line performance metrics and respond proactively to quality deviations
- Operate and maintain surface finishing equipment including anodizing, electroplating, and coating systems
- Perform quality inspections using precision measurement tools and analytical techniques
- Document production processes, quality test results, and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting surface treatment outcomes and equipment functionality
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality management systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent technical certification in manufacturing/engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in surface finishing, plating, or related industrial processes
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and ISO standards
- Basic knowledge of chemical processes used in surface treatment applications
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and process documentation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret quality data and trends
- Physical ability to work in industrial environments with PPE requirements
