Infinitytools Mfg. Corporation is a leading precision manufacturing company based in the Laguna Technopark. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Surface Grinder Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality precision components that drive our business forward. As a Surface Grinder Operator, you will operate state-of-the-art grinding equipment to achieve tight tolerances and superior surface finishes. You will work closely with engineers and production supervisors to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows. Your expertise in machine setup, wheel selection, and quality inspection will be highly valued. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate manual and CNC surface grinding machines to meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine grinding parameters and tolerances.
- Conduct precise in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, surface gauges, and other metrology tools.
- Select, mount, and dress appropriate grinding wheels and abrasives based on material type and required finish.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Surface Grinder Operator or similar role in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of surface grinding techniques, feeds, speeds, and coolants.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Vocational diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges).
- Excellent attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules and overtime as needed. Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Laguna Technopark area.
