Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all surface welltesting operations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and measuring instruments
- Lead field teams during welltesting procedures and emergency response scenarios
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for operational optimization
- Implement and enforce HSE protocols and operational best practices
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless project execution
- Manage equipment inventory and resource allocation for testing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in surface welltesting operations
- Proven expertise in equipment maintenance and calibration procedures
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Knowledge of industry standards (API, ISO) and safety regulations
- Ability to handle complex operational challenges in remote locations
- Certification in welltesting or pressure control operations preferred
