In this pivotal position, you will be the eyes of our casino operations, ensuring the safety of our guests and the security of our assets through advanced monitoring technology.
As a Surveillance Officer, you will work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where precision and integrity are paramount. You will be responsible for proactively observing gaming floor activities, identifying irregularities, and providing detailed reports to support management decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure compliance with casino gaming regulations and internal security policies.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, potential security breaches, or irregularities on the gaming floor.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate logs of daily events and incidents for audit and review purposes.
- Collaborate closely with the physical security team to respond to security alerts and emergency situations.
- Conduct regular integrity checks on gaming equipment and personnel workflows.
- Preserve the confidentiality and integrity of all surveillance footage and sensitive information.
- Assist in investigations by reviewing historical footage and compiling evidentiary reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a Nitec/Diploma in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in a surveillance, security, or loss prevention role within a casino or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to remain focused during extended periods of monitoring.
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic surveillance software applications.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to draft clear, concise incident reports in English.
