Join Marina Bay Sands' prestigious compliance team as a Surveillance Regulatory/Compliance Officer and become a guardian of financial integrity in Singapore's premier integrated resort. This critical role demands vigilance and expertise in monitoring financial transactions to detect suspicious activities, ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory frameworks including AML/CFT regulations. You will be instrumental in safeguarding the organization against financial crimes while maintaining the highest ethical standards expected by global gaming and hospitality regulators. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions across gaming and non-gaming operations to identify suspicious patterns
- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and internal policies
- Investigate potential breaches and prepare detailed regulatory reports for authorities
- Conduct periodic audits of surveillance systems and compliance procedures
- Develop and maintain comprehensive transaction monitoring programs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required
- Train staff on compliance protocols and regulatory updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, surveillance, or regulatory affairs
- Strong understanding of Singapore's gaming regulations and MAS guidelines
- Proficiency in transaction monitoring systems (e.g., NICE Actimize, SAS)
- CAMS certification or equivalent AML qualification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills
- Excellent written communication for reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
