Putra Perkasa Abadi is currently seeking a highly skilled and analytical Survey Geodetic Leader (Survey GL) to join our dynamic mining operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational accuracy, ensuring that all survey data and geodetic analyses are precise, reliable, and delivered on time to support complex mining engineering requirements.
You will lead the survey team in planning, coordinating, and executing high-level geodetic surveys, utilizing the latest industry technology to map mining sites and infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily survey operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Plan and implement geodetic survey workflows, including control point establishment and topographical mapping.
- Analyze complex survey data to generate accurate progress reports, volume calculations, and mine design models.
- Coordinate with mine engineering and production teams to ensure survey results align with operational project timelines.
- Manage and maintain high-precision survey equipment, ensuring all tools are calibrated and in optimal working condition.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors and field staff.
- Audit survey data integrity to prevent discrepancies in mine planning and earthwork calculations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mining survey or large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Surpac, MineScape, or similar GIS/Surveying suites.
- Deep understanding of GPS/GNSS, Total Station, and Drone/LiDAR survey technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams in high-pressure, on-site environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
