PT Pandu Artha Gemilang is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our growing construction team in Kabupaten Bogor. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful execution of our projects by ensuring precise measurements, accurate site mapping, and adherence to technical specifications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing reliable surveying data that guides our engineering and construction processes. We are looking for someone who is diligent, comfortable working in outdoor environments, and possesses a strong understanding of land surveying techniques and equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise land and site surveys using specialized equipment such as Total Stations, Theodolites, and GPS/GNSS devices.
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys to support construction planning and execution.
- Analyze field data and prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineers and project managers to resolve site-related technical discrepancies.
- Monitor site progress and ensure that all layout works align with structural blueprints and design specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of surveying instruments to ensure continuous operational accuracy.
- Maintain clear documentation of all field observations and survey measurements throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Surveying, Mapping, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Surveyor or Assistant Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in operating modern surveying equipment (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS).
- Strong knowledge of engineering drafting software (AutoCAD or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site at various construction locations in Kabupaten Bogor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a field team.
