Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land surveys using GPS, total stations, and laser scanning equipment
- Analyze geographical data and prepare detailed topographical maps
- Verify property boundaries and construction site layouts
- Collaborate with civil engineers on infrastructure planning
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian land surveying regulations
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation
- Manage survey data using CAD and GIS software
- Coordinate with local authorities for permit approvals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of professional surveying experience
- Certification in land surveying (BNSP or equivalent)
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS)
- Strong mathematical and spatial reasoning skills
- Experience with total stations and GPS equipment
- Knowledge of Indonesian land regulations
- Ability to work independently in remote locations
