Capella Multidana is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. In this vital role, you will conduct on-site property assessments and field evaluations to support our financial and lending processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate and thorough site surveys to assess property conditions, structural integrity, and value.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, including site photographs, measurements, and data analysis for review by the credit team.
- Verify the legal status and documentation of properties to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide on-site insights and recommendations for financial decisions.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and property owners during field visits.
- Ensure all survey activities adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Update and maintain accurate records of survey findings and field activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and access to a personal vehicle (essential for field work).
- Proven experience in surveying, property valuation, or a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and produce clear reports.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
