Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land and construction site surveys using advanced equipment like Total Stations, Theodolites, and GPS.
- Prepare comprehensive site reports, maps, and technical sketches for project management review.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to define property boundaries and construction layout lines.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work is aligned with architectural and structural blueprints.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure maximum accuracy in data collection.
- Perform complex mathematical calculations to interpret field measurements.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with local safety regulations and construction standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in construction surveying or land surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant surveying software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, site layout, and structural specifications.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor construction environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites in the Subang area.
