Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive land surveys for construction sites using GPS, total stations, and laser scanning equipment
- Prepare detailed topographic maps, boundary surveys, and elevation certificates
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to translate survey data into actionable construction plans
- Verify site measurements and ensure compliance with local building regulations
- Manage survey equipment calibration and maintenance for optimal performance
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Coordinate with government authorities for permit compliance and approvals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying for construction projects
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center)
- Valid surveyor certification from BPN (Badan Pertanahan Nasional)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian land regulations and building codes
- Experience with both conventional and modern surveying technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments
