Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and modern Japanese tapas in accordance with restaurant recipes.

  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety (HACCP) are maintained throughout the shift.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing storage areas to minimize food waste.
