Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and plate sushi dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen stations, and service areas.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, managing cash registers, and balancing the till.
- Assist in food preparation, inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in F&B or similar positions.
- Familiarity with sushi preparation techniques is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy skills required for accurate cash handling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including the specified batch time (10.00 – 13.00).
- Valid work permits or eligibility to work in Indonesia.
