Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and craft a variety of sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi with precision and artistic presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in strict accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the daily preparation of fresh ingredients, including rice, fish, and vegetables.
- Monitor food quality and portion control to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to strict recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency in every dish served.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation for kitchen supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Sushi Maker, Sushi Chef, or in a similar Japanese kitchen role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and sanitation protocols.
