Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, including sushi preparation and service.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of chefs, waiters, and stewards to ensure high performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs efficiently.
- Develop creative menu items and specials to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within a sushi bar or kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and sushi preparation.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit (if applicable).
