Lexmark International is seeking a highly analytical and mission-driven Sustainability & CSR Reporting Specialist to join our global Corporate Social Responsibility team in Cebu. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the collection and validation of global ESG data, including carbon footprint, water usage, and waste management metrics.
- Draft and edit the annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report in alignment with GRI, SASB, and TCFD frameworks.
- Manage submissions for global sustainability ratings and rankings such as CDP, EcoVadis, and various ESG indices.
- Analyze emerging sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD) to ensure Lexmark’s reporting remains compliant and industry-leading.
- Support the CSR steering committee by providing data-driven insights and progress reports on corporate sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to produce internal and external content regarding CSR achievements.
- Maintain and optimize ESG data management software and internal tracking tools for high data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or an Engineering-related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in CSR reporting, ESG analysis, or sustainability consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of international reporting standards such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to write technical reports for a global audience.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and ethical reporting.
