Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination, organization, and execution of various sustainability initiatives and projects across manufacturing operations.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key environmental data, including energy consumption, water usage, waste generation, and greenhouse gas emissions.
- Support the implementation of programs aimed at reducing environmental impact, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and renewable energy integration.
- Conduct research and assess new sustainable materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes for potential adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Production, Supply Chain) to integrate sustainability considerations into product design and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations, standards, and corporate sustainability policies (e.g., ISO 14001).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on sustainability performance, progress, and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to environmental management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sustainability Science, or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sustainability roles, environmental management, or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience assisting with the coordination and execution of sustainability projects.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 14001), and best practices in industrial sustainability.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing environmental challenges.
- Experience with life cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies or environmental management systems is a plus.
