Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the collection and analysis of environmental performance data (water, waste, energy, emissions).
- Support the team in preparing documentation for sustainability audits and environmental compliance reporting.
- Participate in ongoing environmental projects, including waste reduction programs and resource efficiency initiatives.
- Conduct research on current environmental regulations and industry best practices.
- Assist in the development of internal sustainability training materials and communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor site-specific sustainability KPIs.
- Provide administrative support to the Sustainability Department for daily operations and special projects.
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of environmental management systems (ISO 14001) and sustainability principles.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
