- Lead product release cycles and engineering change orders to ensure smooth transitions to manufacturing
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in existing products through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design improvements and cost-saving measures
- Drive product reliability enhancements through systematic testing and validation processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering specifications and procedures
- Analyze field failure data to identify trends and implement preventive actions
- Coordinate with global teams to harmonize product standards and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in sustaining engineering or product development
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA)
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
