As a key member of our sustaining engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Product and Test Engineers with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) sample testing and comprehensive data collection. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide day-to-day technical support for Product and Test Engineers on ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) sample testing and data collection procedures.
- Execute engineering validation and characterization runs, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting to support product qualifications.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of test hardware (load boards, probe cards, interface boards) and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the development and optimization of test programs to improve test coverage, reduce test time, and enhance product yield.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and process improvements.
- Document test procedures, specifications, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and training of new team members.
- Analyze test data and generate reports to support yield enhancement and root cause investigation of failures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a technician in a semiconductor test or sustaining engineering environment.
- Strong familiarity with ATE platforms such as Teradyne (UltraFLEX, J750), Advantest (V93K), or LTX-Credence is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and automated handlers/probers.
- Basic programming skills in Python, Perl, C++, or similar scripting languages for test automation and data analysis is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
