In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our sustaining operations. You will work closely with Product and Test Engineers to ensure seamless production cycles, supporting ATE (Automated Test Equipment) sample testing, precision data collection, and troubleshooting of hardware-related issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute ATE sample testing and data collection protocols in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to ensure high uptime and accuracy.
- Assist Product and Test Engineers in the analysis of yield discrepancies and process bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues during test runs and implement immediate corrective measures.
- Generate detailed technical reports based on test results and performance data.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of testing procedures and hardware configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and sustaining activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations within the testing facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or testing environment.
- Proficiency in operating ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and identify trends.
- Hands-on experience with electronic troubleshooting tools, including oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and logic analyzers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document technical findings clearly.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment to support continuous production cycles.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python or C++) is an added advantage.
