As a Swim Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our youngest students and their parents through their aquatic journey. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with our child-centered philosophy. We provide comprehensive training on our specific methodologies, ensuring you have the tools to succeed.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging swim lessons for infants, toddlers, and their parents following the Inspire Mum & Baby curriculum.
- Ensure the highest level of water safety and supervision during all classes and free swim sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and progress updates to parents to support their child's aquatic development.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the pool environment, including toys, equipment, and safety gear.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and management to continuously improve program quality and student experience.
- Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and company events to foster a cohesive team culture.
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records for all students in your assigned classes.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Inspire Mum & Baby, promoting our values and services to the community.
Kualifikasi
- Certification in swimming coaching (e.g., AUSTSWIM, ASA, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification).
- Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in an aquatic setting is highly preferred.
- Valid CPR, First Aid, and lifesaving certifications (e.g., RLSS, Bronze Medallion).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both children and adults.
- Passion for early childhood development and a genuine love for working with families.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude, embodying our fun and supportive culture.
