Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement personalized training programs for competitive swimmers of all ages and skill levels
- Conduct daily practice sessions focusing on stroke technique, endurance, and race strategy
- Evaluate swimmer performance using video analysis and timing systems to track progress
- Prepare swimmers for local and national competitions with specialized training camps
- Maintain strict safety protocols during all aquatic activities and training sessions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with swimmers, parents, and coaching staff
- Organize and participate in club events, swim meets, and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional swimming coaching experience with competitive swimmers
- Current certification from recognized swimming coaching association (e.g., FINA, ASCTA)
- Strong knowledge of competitive swimming techniques, biomechanics, and training methodologies
- CPR and First Aid certification with water safety expertise
- Proven track record of developing swimmers to competitive levels
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends for training and competitions
