We Group WMO is seeking passionate Swimming Instructors to join our dynamic team in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our sports and recreation division, you'll transform lives by teaching essential swimming skills, promoting water safety, and fostering a love for aquatic activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct swimming lessons for beginners to advanced swimmers across all age groups
- Develop personalized lesson plans focusing on technique improvement and water safety
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all aquatic activities
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding achievements and goals
- Prepare and maintain clean swimming facilities and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Certified swimming instructor from recognized aquatic organization (e.g., PSCA, WSI)
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching swimming to diverse age groups
- Strong swimming proficiency in multiple strokes (freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke)
- CPR and First Aid certification (current)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate and instruct clearly
- Patience and adaptability when working with nervous beginners
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
