We are seeking a highly skilled Synchrolift Mechanic / Rigger / Diver to join our operations in Manila. This unique role requires a combination of technical mechanical expertise, rigging proficiency, and diving capabilities to maintain our critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our synchrolift systems while performing essential underwater tasks.
As a key member of our team, you will conduct underwater surveys and recoveries, manage hyperbaric chamber operations, and perform scheduled maintenance on heavy lifting equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on synchrolift machinery, hydraulics, and lifting gear.
- Conduct underwater surveys, inspections, and recoveries using diving equipment.
- Operate and maintain hyperbaric chambers and decompression facilities.
- Execute safe rigging operations for heavy loads and marine equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures in lifting systems.
- Ensure all diving and rigging activities comply with strict safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve operational efficiency and equipment longevity.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Diver (PADI, CMAS, or equivalent) with experience in salvage or underwater inspection.
- Valid Rigger certification and proven experience with heavy lifting equipment.
- Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and synchrolift operations.
- Physically fit and capable of working in high-pressure environments, underwater, and at heights.
- Valid professional licenses and identification documents.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required by operational demands.
