Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in system operations or backend development
- Strong understanding of automation tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integration platforms
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
