We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are secure, scalable, and highly available.
As a System Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and optimize our server environments and network systems. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing security best practices, and supporting our diverse engineering teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, maintain, and monitor server environments (Windows/Linux) to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery drills, and security audits.
- Manage cloud infrastructure services and virtualized environments to support project requirements.
- Monitor network health and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure seamless internal communications.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including firewall configurations and patch management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
- Provide technical support and documentation for internal systems and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, MCSA, RHCSA, or CCNA) are highly preferred.
