Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including hardware, virtual environments, and cloud resources
- Implement robust security protocols to protect healthcare data and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network configurations
- Deploy, patch, and upgrade operating systems and enterprise applications
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and perform regular data backups
- Document IT procedures and maintain comprehensive system documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or similar IT operations role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization platforms
- Experience with network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulatory compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
