Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related software/hardware.
- Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and optimal resource utilization.
- Manage security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and access control systems.
- Perform regular data backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics and documenting solutions.
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and cloud platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support and hardware procurement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Linux/Unix administration.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, or CompTIA Server+) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
