In this role, you will play a critical part in managing, maintaining, and securing our computer systems, servers, and software infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise servers, operating systems, and core business software.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network and hardware issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Implement and manage robust data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity defense systems.
- Manage user accounts, mailboxes, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Collaborate with IT team members to plan, test, and execute infrastructure upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support, resolving escalated hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation of server configurations, policies, and systems architecture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure support role.
- Strong technical expertise in administering Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, and virtualization tools (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Solid grasp of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Firewall configurations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.
