Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and virtualization environments.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling infrastructure.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, access controls, and data protection measures.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and data integrity checks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff regarding software installations, hardware issues, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and patch software applications to keep systems up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory (AD) management.
- Strong knowledge of Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL, CentOS) and command-line interfaces.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or VirtualBox) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
