- Manage server installations, configurations, and patch updates across Windows environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 application issues including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Administer Active Directory accounts, group policies, and user permissions
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Ensure data integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery testing
- Collaborate with network teams to maintain infrastructure security standards
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system failures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration
- Strong proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices
- Relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Server+) preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
