Join TWG Tea Company's dynamic IT team as a System Administrator, where you'll be instrumental in maintaining our robust digital infrastructure. This critical role combines technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to ensure seamless operations across our global tea enterprise. You'll architect, implement, and optimize secure IT systems while proactively addressing vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks. Your responsibilities extend beyond maintenance to include automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation projects, conduct staff training on new technologies, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company data and systems
- Develop automation scripts for routine tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and training to staff across all departments
- Conduct regular system audits, patch management, and performance optimization
- Coordinate IT project implementations including hardware upgrades and software migrations
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in system administration with focus on Windows/Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Linux+ preferred
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and end-user training
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a deadline-driven environment
