Your Impact
As our System Administrator, you will be the primary expert for all M365 and infrastructure matters. You will lead initiatives to optimize our digital workplace, manage hybrid identities, and ensure seamless operation of both on-premise and cloud services. Your proactive approach to system monitoring, automation with PowerShell, and security enforcement will directly enhance the productivity and resilience of our entire organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and security compliance policies.
- Manage user identities, access controls, and authentication via Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and enforce policies through Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
- Oversee on-premises server infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Manage virtualization environments (Hyper-V or VMware) and maintain backup solutions (Veeam or Azure Backup).
- Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, endpoint protection, and antivirus solutions.
- Automate routine operational tasks and reporting using scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes to build a comprehensive IT knowledge base.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and on-premises infrastructure.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and the Security & Compliance Center.
- Strong proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Identity Management, group policies, and conditional access policies.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, and core networking services (DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V) and enterprise backup solutions.
- Excellent scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation, monitoring, and configuration management.
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Server+ are highly valued.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
