Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for optimization, performance improvement, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Maintain system documentation, including data flow diagrams, user guides, and technical manuals.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Support system integration efforts and troubleshoot post-implementation technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a System Analyst or similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in system design principles, database management (SQL), and enterprise software architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to document technical processes and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
